Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in supporting prospective learners and applicants by delivering exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working in the higher education industry.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct outbound call campaigns to leads, opportunities, and applicants to provide information and support.<br>• Engage with prospects who have requested information, ensuring their questions are addressed and transferring them to the appropriate team when necessary.<br>• Execute various call campaign efforts to meet organizational needs, making over 100 calls per day as required.<br>• Deliver a welcoming and attentive experience for inbound callers and online chat inquiries.<br>• Assess caller needs and facilitate efficient transfers to the relevant department or individual.<br>• Provide assistance to prospects, applicants, and learners, ensuring their concerns are resolved promptly.<br>• Share best practices with the team to enhance overall customer service quality.<br>• Manage multiple workflow tasks effectively throughout the day, maintaining high levels of productivity.<br>• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support organizational goals.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.<br>• At least one year of administrative experience is essential.<br>• Demonstrated ability to actively listen and build rapport with customers.<br>• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to prioritizing the needs of learners and prospective learners.<br>• Excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a metrics-driven environment.<br>• High work ethic and adaptability to balance a variety of tasks throughout the day.<br>• Proficiency in Excel and data entry skills, such as alpha and numeric typing speeds of 8,001 - 10,000 KPH.<br>• Willingness to take on additional administrative responsibilities as needed.
