We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy of billing processes, managing payment discrepancies, and maintaining financial records. Responsibilities: • Manage billing adjustments and updates related to contract pricing changes. • Generate and compile detailed reports using Microsoft Excel to support billing operations. • Handle cash applications and ensure payments are accurately recorded. • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner. • Reconcile unapplied cash to maintain accurate financial records. • Collaborate with internal teams to address billing inquiries and improve processes. • Assist with ad hoc projects related to billing and financial operations. • Ensure all billing processes comply with organizational standards and policies.

• A two-year or four-year degree in a related field is required. • Proven experience with office productivity software, with advanced proficiency in Excel. • At least one year of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related roles. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Knowledge of commercial collections and accounts receivable processes. • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
