You will be working closely with the finance and operation teams.  Managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, execution, tracking, and renewal/termination of various agreements (e.g., vendor, client, partnership, master service agreements) <strong>MUST be barred in US. Please send your resume to Stacey Lyons via LinkedIn for consideration. </strong></p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Draft and review legal motions, briefs, and other essential documents with precision and attention to detail.</p><p>• Conduct thorough discovery processes, including gathering evidence and analyzing information relevant to cases.</p><p>• Collaborate effectively with outside counsel to ensure seamless legal representation and case management.</p><p>• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance on civil litigation matters.</p><p>• Analyze complex legal issues and develop solutions that align with organizational goals.</p><p>• Represent clients in legal proceedings, ensuring their interests are protected.</p><p>• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations to ensure compliance and informed decision-making.</p><p>• Manage case files and documentation, maintaining accurate and organized records.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment in legal strategies.</p>

• Must hold a valid attorney license and be eligible to practice law in any state.<br>• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation or related legal fields.<br>• Proven expertise in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents.<br>• Strong knowledge of discovery processes and ability to manage complex casework.<br>• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate legal issues and develop solutions.<br>• Effective communication skills to collaborate with outside counsel and internal teams.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.<br>• Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and attention to detail.
