<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p> We are seeking a <strong>Litigation Associate (3–5 years of experience)</strong> to join our <strong>General Liability, Labor Law, and Transportation</strong> team in <strong>White Plains, NY</strong>. In this role, you’ll be involved in all phases of litigation—from motion drafting and discovery to client interaction, court appearances, and depositions. You will take ownership of your matters and work closely with partners in a fast-paced and collegial setting.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage cases independently from start to finish</li><li>Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents</li><li>Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations</li><li>Provide clients with strategic guidance and regular updates</li><li>Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Juris Doctor from an accredited law school</li><li>Licensed to practice in <strong>New York</strong></li><li>3–5 years of litigation experience (experience in labor law and transportation litigation is a plus)</li><li>Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills</li><li>Proven ability to juggle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul><p><br></p>
