The ideal candidate has a passion for helping individuals and families plan for the future, enjoys working in a collaborative team environment, and is eager to grow with a firm that values both professional excellence and work-life balance.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and support the estate planning practice, including workflow improvements and client service delivery</li><li>Partner with marketing to grow the practice, develop leads, and build referral relationships</li><li>Conduct client consultations and recommend tailored estate planning solutions</li><li>Oversee the full client lifecycle from intake to signing</li><li>Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents</li><li>(Optional) Help develop the probate and estate administration practice</li></ul><p><br></p>
