In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our organization adheres to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. This position requires an individual with a strong background in compliance and expertise in legal analysis. Responsibilities:• Oversee the development and maintenance of the organization’s compliance program, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.• Conduct thorough research and analysis of federal and state regulations to evaluate their impact on business operations.• Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective compliance strategies and promote best practices.• Provide legal counsel on operational matters, offering solutions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.• Support audits conducted by external agencies, preparing necessary documentation and addressing inquiries.• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to policies and procedures.• Develop and deliver compliance training programs to enhance awareness across the organization.• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.• Act as a liaison between the organization and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear and effective communication.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active membership in good standing with a state bar. • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, ideally within a highly regulated industry. • Comprehensive understanding of federal and state regulatory frameworks, with added experience in environmental, transportation, or labor regulations being advantageous. • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively. • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with records management systems is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.
