Office Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team in Miami Beach, Florida. This is a long-term contract position within the non-profit sector, offering an opportunity to support day-to-day operations while contributing to meaningful initiatives. Ideal candidates will bring strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a bilingual (English/Spanish) environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage routine clerical tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records.<br>• Handle inbound calls and provide attentive assistance to callers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed accurately.<br>• Support billing functions by processing invoices and maintaining financial records.<br>• Utilize accounting software systems to track and update financial data as required.<br>• Assist with leasing processes, including preparation of documents and communication with prospective tenants.<br>• Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.<br>• Use computer programs and CRM tools to update databases and manage workflows.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.<br>• Provide bilingual communication support in English and Spanish for both internal and external interactions.<br>• Maintain a welcoming and organized environment for visitors and clients.
<p>•Must be bilingual Spanish and have proven experience in office administration or related roles.</p><p>• Proficiency in accounting software systems and CRM tools.</p><p>• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.</p><p>• Familiarity with leasing processes and real estate administrative tasks.</p><p>• Ability to handle billing functions and maintain accurate financial records.</p><p>• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.</p><p>• Comfortable using computer programs and managing multiple tasks.</p><p>• Previous experience in the non-profit sector is a plus, but not required.</p>
