This is a contract opportunity to work on impactful projects that improve patient care and streamline clinical workflows.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain <strong>HL7 interfaces</strong> for seamless data exchange between healthcare systems</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including <strong>clinical, IT, and integration specialists</strong></li><li>Analyze and troubleshoot HL7 messages (ADT, ORM, ORU, etc.)</li><li>Implement and support <strong>interface engines</strong> (e.g., Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf)</li><li>Ensure compliance with <strong>HIPAA</strong> and other healthcare data standards</li><li>Document interface specifications and provide technical support during implementation</li><li>Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of HL7 solutions</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>

<ul><li><strong>3+ years of experience</strong> in HL7 development and integration</li><li>Proficiency with <strong>HL7 v2.x</strong>, and familiarity with <strong>FHIR</strong> is a plus</li><li>Experience with <strong>interface engines</strong> (Mirth, Rhapsody, etc.)</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>healthcare workflows and EMR/EHR systems</strong></li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills</li></ul><p><br></p>
