<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering</strong>, or related field</li><li><strong>3+ years</strong> of experience in AI/ML development, ideally within <strong>government or enterprise environments</strong></li><li>Proficiency in <strong>Python</strong>, <strong>Azure AI tools</strong>, and ML frameworks like <strong>Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow</strong></li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Azure Cognitive Services</strong>, <strong>Azure OpenAI</strong>, and <strong>Azure Data Lake</strong></li><li>Strong grasp of <strong>data privacy</strong>, <strong>model governance</strong>, and <strong>AI ethics</strong></li></ul><p> <strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with <strong>LLM customization</strong>, <strong>RAG pipelines</strong>, or <strong>fine-tuning models</strong> in Azure</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Power BI</strong>, <strong>Azure Synapse Analytics</strong>, and <strong>Microsoft Fabric</strong></li><li>Understanding of <strong>municipal operations</strong>, <strong>smart city technologies</strong>, or <strong>civic tech</strong></li></ul><p><br></p>
