Systems Engineer
<p>• A minimum of 8 years' experience as an IT Systems Administrator or Engineer (L2 or higher).</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot IT issues and see them through to resolution.</p><p>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering collaboration with team members and customers.</p><p>• A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to expanding your skill set.</p><p>• Exceptional multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.</p><p>• Strong project management skills, from initiation and setting milestones to timeline accountability and successful completion.</p><p>• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with a proactive mindset.</p><p>• Take ownership and accountability for escalation tickets and assigned projects.</p><p>• Thrive in high-pressure environments.</p><p>• Aptitude to solve problems and provide solutions. Top level role that is the last line of escalation. Must have very high level of knowledge, experience and troubleshooting skill.</p>
<p><strong>Required Technical Expertise:</strong></p><p>• Extensive knowledge and competency in all Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems and Applications.</p><p>• Proficiency in managing Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Networks.</p><p>• Expertise in managing and implementing firewalls, layer 2/3 switches, access points, and other networking devices.</p><p>• Thorough understanding of layer 2 and layer 3 networking, including a solid grasp of the OSI model.</p><p>• Administration and configuration of Microsoft Office 365 email, applications, and Azure AD.</p><p>• Advanced knowledge of Azure AD, SharePoint, MDM, and MFA.</p><p>• Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy.</p><p>• Experience working with computer peripherals, such as printers and scanners.</p><p>• Strong hardware, software, and network troubleshooting skills.</p><p>• Ability to perform onsite installations of IT equipment.</p><p>• Familiarity with VPN technologies, including configuration, support, and troubleshooting.</p><p>• Advanced understanding of DHCP and DNS configuration and management.</p><p>• Exceptional troubleshooting skills to identify and solve complex escalated issues.</p><p>• Virtual Environment Management proficiency (VMWare, Hyper-V, Hyper-Converged).</p>
