We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in McCook, Illinois. In this role, you will manage inbound customer inquiries related to waste and garbage collection services in a fast-paced environment. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering a great opportunity to grow within the waste management industry. Responsibilities: • Respond to a high volume of customer calls daily, addressing inquiries about waste collection services. • Provide accurate information, resolve service-related issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Maintain a calm and detail-oriented demeanor while managing calls in a dynamic and sometimes noisy environment. • Use problem-solving skills to efficiently address customer concerns and identify solutions. • Accurately document customer interactions and update records as necessary. • Collaborate with team members while also demonstrating the ability to work independently. • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment. • Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen and address customer needs. • Proven ability to multitask and adapt to rapidly changing priorities. • Ability to stay focused and composed under pressure. • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. • Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment. • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
