• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service. • Proficiency in data entry and strong mathematical skills. • Solid computer skills, including familiarity with relevant software. • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment. • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of self-motivation. • Experience in managing inbound and outbound calls. • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a call center or similar setting.
