• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education such as an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, ideally within a call center setting. • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively assist customers. • Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks under pressure. • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to varying shift requirements. • Comfortable working in a call center or office environment, including extended periods of sitting and headset use.
