• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education such as an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred. • Minimum of one year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center setting. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to convey information clearly. • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively. • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high call volume. • Flexible and adaptable to varying shifts and work schedules. • Ability to remain seated for extended periods while using a headset.
