Responsibilities: • Accurately input purchase orders into the system, ensuring all data is correct and up-to-date. • Collaborate with a team of five customer service representatives to maintain efficient operations. • Gradually take on client communication responsibilities after completing training. • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Follow company standards for professionalism and dress code, including jeans and gym shoes. • Support internal processes by ensuring smooth and timely data entry. • Work effectively in a fast-paced office environment to meet deadlines. • Uphold reliability and consistency in daily work tasks.

• Previous office experience, preferably in a customer service role. • Strong computer skills and familiarity with data entry systems. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Reliable work ethic and ability to collaborate with a team. • Food industry experience is a plus. • Willingness to adapt and learn new processes. • Clear communication skills for eventual client interaction.
