A company in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic organization. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently processing payroll for up to 1,000 employees while ensuring accurate and timely payments and compliance with all regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process multi-state payroll for up to 1,000 employees accurately and on schedule</li><li>Review and verify timecards, wage calculations, deductions, and adjustments</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations</li><li>Maintain payroll records and employee information</li><li>Address and resolve payroll inquiries, discrepancies, and issues</li><li>Generate payroll reports and assist with audits</li><li>Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to support business operations</li></ul>

Qualifications:<ul><li>3+ years of payroll processing experience, including high-volume (up to 1,000 employees)</li><li>Strong technical skills in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel</li><li>Solid understanding of payroll policies, tax regulations, and best practices</li><li>High attention to detail and confidentiality</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li></ul>
