Legal Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to legal operations by performing administrative tasks and supporting team collaborations. The role is initially onsite, with a possibility of hybrid flexibility depending on organizational needs.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and maintaining organized records.<br>• Conduct thorough reviews of documents and data to ensure accuracy and completeness.<br>• Support small-scale administrative projects by managing timelines and deliverables.<br>• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed promptly.<br>• Assist with HR-related administrative processes, including leaves of absence, as needed.<br>• Manage receptionist duties by greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.<br>• Ensure proper scanning and electronic filing of legal documents.<br>• Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.<br>• Maintain compliance with organizational policies, including passing background checks.<br>• Adapt to evolving systems and processes within the department.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>• Proficiency with office technologies and data entry systems.<br>• Prior experience in HR administrative processes, such as managing leaves of absence, is a plus.<br>• Willingness to work onsite initially, with potential for hybrid work arrangements.<br>• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new administrative tools and procedures.<br>• Strong communication and teamwork skills.<br>• No prior experience with legal documents required, but the ability to handle sensitive information is essential.<br>• All candidates will be required to undergo a screening process.
