We are looking for an experienced Billing Analyst to join our client in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will play a key part in managing billing processes, ensuring accurate accounts receivable operations, and supporting customer service functions. Responsibilities:• Prepare, process, and review invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.• Manage accounts receivable functions, including tracking payments and resolving discrepancies.• Utilize Aderant and other financial systems to perform billing and reporting tasks efficiently.• Provide excellent customer service by addressing billing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless billing operations and communication.• Generate and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.• Maintain accurate documentation of billing activities and ensure compliance with regulations.• Support export customer service processes, ensuring accurate and timely billing for international clients.• Assist with the implementation and improvement of billing procedures to enhance efficiency.

• Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related financial role. • Proficiency in using Aderant and other financial software systems. • Strong understanding of billing functions and accounts receivable processes. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams. • Familiarity with export customer service processes is a plus. • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate work.
