We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this position, you will oversee the organization's daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong expertise in bookkeeping and financial reporting. Responsibilities:• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including billing, accounts payable (A/P), and accounts receivable (A/R).• Process and apply payments accurately while maintaining detailed financial records.• Follow up with clients to address outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies.• Generate financial reports and conduct client analysis to support business decisions.• Utilize accounting software systems such as QuickBooks and Paychex for streamlined operations.• Perform cash flow analysis to ensure proper financial planning and stability.• Assist with legal billing processes in compliance with industry standards.• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting workflows and procedures.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles. • Proficiency in accounting software systems, including QuickBooks and Paychex. • Strong knowledge of accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) processes. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis. • Ability to perform accurate cash flow analysis and financial reporting. • Familiarity with legal billing practices and procedures. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
