The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical abilities and excellent organizational skills to support the accounts receivable processes. Responsibilities: • Manage the accounts receivable process, including collections, billing, and cash applications. • Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to address payment issues and maintain positive relationships. • Prepare and analyze reports related to cash activity and accounts receivable performance. • Utilize accounting software and tools to process transactions and maintain financial records. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all financial operations. • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. • Assist in financial audits and provide necessary documentation as required. • Support month-end closing activities by reconciling accounts and preparing reports. • Stay updated on best practices and industry trends to improve accounts receivable operations.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred. • Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. • Familiarity with accounting systems such as Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar platforms. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues. • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities to address discrepancies. • Understanding of financial principles and compliance requirements in accounts receivable processes.
