Desktop Support Analyst
<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Desktop Support Analyst in Long Beach, California. This role is an integral part of our client's logistics team, where you will be tasked with resolving various technical issues pertaining to laptops, desktop hardware/software, phone, email, and workstation peripherals. You will also provide support in a Windows 10/11 hybrid OS environment, with an emphasis on Dell technologies.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptops, desktop hardware/software, and phone systems</p><p>• Assist with email problems, specifically in an Office 365 / Outlook environment</p><p>• Maintain and repair workstation peripherals and network printers</p><p>• Handle service desk tickets efficiently and professionally</p><p>• Support remote access/connectivity for team members</p><p>• Leverage knowledge of Active Directory in daily tasks</p><p>• Ensure the smooth operation of Dell Technologies within the organization</p><p>• Monitor and maintain computer hardware across the team.</p>
<p>• Proficiency in Computer Hardware, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair issues</p><p>• Familiarity with Dell Technologies, including their range of desktops, laptops, and servers</p><p>• Experience in managing Active Directory, including user and group management</p><p>• Proficient in Windows operating systems, with the ability to perform installations, upgrades, and backups</p><p>• Comfortable with Remote Access technologies, with the ability to provide support to remote users</p><p>• Knowledge of Office 365, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting</p><p>• Experience with Network Printers, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting</p><p>• Proficient in Outlook, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting</p><p>• Experience in handling Service Desk Tickets, with the ability to prioritize, track, and resolve issues in a timely manner</p>
