We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk for a client in Kirkland, Washington. This is a long-term contract position that guarantees 20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours based on performance and adaptability. The role requires a candidate who is dependable, organized, and capable of supporting various accounting processes while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. This is primarily a remote position though some in office days may be needed. Responsibilities:• Prepare and distribute DocuSign packets for vendor onboarding.• Add new vendors, clients, and projects to Sage Intacct.• Process incoming accounts payable bills promptly and accurately.• Assist with year-end 1099 reconciliation by performing data checks and necessary edits.• Aid in compiling expense reports using Concur, as needed.• Ensure timely addition of new employees to Intacct when they join the company.• Manage multiple workflows and inboxes to maintain smooth operations.

• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar accounting systems is preferred. • Proficiency in Excel, including sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and pivot tables. • Familiarity with MacOS is strongly recommended. • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. • Effective communication skills and responsiveness during scheduled hours. • Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workloads efficiently.
