We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist for a role in Kirkland, Washington. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in managing customer billing, vendor communication, and revenue collection processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in accounts receivable and contribute to the efficiency of our accounting operations. Responsibilities:• Prepare accurate customer invoices by gathering and verifying all necessary details.• Ensure data integrity in the accounting system to produce error-free invoices.• Follow up with customers to collect payments and send timely reminders.• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, issuing debit or credit memos when needed.• Support 1099 vendor management by overseeing onboarding, compliance, and communication.• Enter vendor information into the accounting system with precision.• Process vendor invoices by validating transaction details and securing payment authorization.• Collaborate with vendors to obtain accurate and timely billing information.• Provide administrative assistance to the accounting department as needed.• Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the overall accounting function.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or related roles. • Proficiency in billing functions, cash applications, and commercial collections. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. • Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar accounting software. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes. • Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors and customers. • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Problem-solving skills to address billing issues and discrepancies effectively.
