We are looking for a skilled Communications Manager to lead change communication efforts for a major organizational transformation. This contract position requires expertise in developing strategic messaging, managing communication channels, and engaging diverse stakeholders. Based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, the role is critical to driving clarity, alignment, and engagement during a time of significant change. Responsibilities: • Create and maintain a detailed communications plan that aligns with key transformation milestones. • Collaborate with internal teams, including Corporate Affairs and the Transformation Management Office, to ensure cohesive messaging. • Develop various communication materials such as leader guides, FAQs, talking points, and townhall presentations. • Tailor messaging for specific stakeholder groups to enhance engagement and relevance. • Manage updates to internal platforms like portals and newsletters to reflect transformation progress. • Track and respond to inquiries through the designated communication channels, ensuring timely and clear responses. • Monitor stakeholder sentiment and feedback to refine communication strategies as needed. • Establish and maintain a governance process for reviewing and approving communication deliverables. • Provide regular updates to leadership teams on the progress, risks, and outcomes of communication initiatives. • Support quality assurance processes by maintaining trackers and templates for communication deliverables.

• Proven experience in managing communication strategies for large-scale organizational transformations. • Strong skills in content development, including the creation of leader guides, FAQs, and presentation materials. • Expertise in managing communication channels such as internal portals, newsletters, and email campaigns. • Ability to analyze feedback and sentiment to adjust messaging strategies effectively. • Familiarity with governance processes for reviewing and approving communications. • Excellent organizational skills, including calendar management and milestone tracking. • Strong adherence to confidentiality and compliance policies in handling sensitive information. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
