Our client is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor to oversee the financial operations of multiple manufacturing entities in Warminster, Pennsylvania. This role requires a meticulous individual with strong leadership skills to manage accounting processes, drive operational improvements, and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial standards. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise and the ability to mentor and lead a team. Responsibilities:• Oversee the daily accounting operations across multiple manufacturing entities, including maintaining the general ledger, reconciling accounts, and preparing journal entries.• Lead month-end closing activities and ensure accurate preparation of financial statements.• Coordinate external financial reviews and audits to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.• Develop and enhance internal reporting structures to support the needs of accounting, operations, and other departments.• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in accounting workflows.• Support growth initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration activities.• Supervise and mentor members of the accounting team, fostering their growth and development.• Maintain adherence to company policies and internal control structures while ensuring compliance with industry standards.• Collaborate with leadership on succession planning and transition strategies.• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; advanced degrees such as a Master’s in Accounting or Finance are preferred. • A minimum of 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in the manufacturing industry. • Proficiency in technical accounting principles, including GAAP and US GAAP standards. • Advanced skills in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and advanced charting. • Familiarity with Power BI and Teams for reporting and collaboration. • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage, mentor, and inspire a team. • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring precision in financial reporting. • Effective communication skills to collaborate across departments and present financial insights clearly.
