We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team in the Somerset, New Jersey area. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to improving processes within the accounting function. Responsibilities:• Oversee and mentor a team of three accounts receivable professionals to ensure high performance and collaboration.• Manage month-end close processes, including preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.• Approve rebate claims and monitor accounts receivable activities to maintain accuracy and compliance.• Handle accruals and recovery of disputes, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.• Track financial performance against budgets and provide recommendations for process or systems improvements.• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to support organizational decision-making and compliance.• Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounts receivable operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience in accounts receivable management, preferably within a supervisory role. • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems. • Strong knowledge of month-end close processes and balance sheet reconciliations. • Ability to manage rebate claims and accounts receivable disputes effectively. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. • Familiarity with audit processes and compliance requirements.
