We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to oversee strategic initiatives, including complex technical projects. This long-term contract position is based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and offers an excellent opportunity to lead critical operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. Responsibilities: • Manage all phases of assigned projects, from initial intake through successful closure. • Oversee the planning and execution of a data center relocation and ServiceNow ITSM implementation. • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones. • Utilize the Waterfall methodology to guide project workflows and maintain structured processes. • Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities by fostering clear communication and decision-making. • Address risks proactively, driving them toward actionable resolutions. • Adhere to organizational standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and expectations are managed effectively. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities, ensuring smooth collaboration across parties.

• 5-7 years of experience in project management, ideally in technical environments. • Proven expertise in managing data center relocations and ITSM implementations. • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and its functionalities. • PMP certification is required. • Familiarity with Waterfall methodology and its application in project management. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to hold team members accountable. • Demonstrated ability to manage risks and drive decisions effectively. • Experience working in collaborative environments with internal and external teams.
