This long-term contract position involves managing invoice processing and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions while contributing to various projects as needed. Responsibilities: • Process invoices efficiently and accurately to maintain seamless financial operations. • Utilize ImageNow workflow software to manage and organize accounts payable tasks. • Work within Epicor ERP to ensure proper documentation and data entry. • Collaborate on additional projects and assignments as required by the team. • Leverage Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams, for day-to-day tasks. • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records with a proactive approach. • Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Adapt quickly to new processes and systems to support team productivity. • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of accounts payable activities.

• At least three years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role. • Proficiency in using Epicor ERP and ImageNow workflow software. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. • Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. • Focused and driven to maintain high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
