<ul><li><strong>Medical collections experience</strong> is required.</li><li>Strong understanding of medical billing practices, insurance claim processes, and healthcare guidelines.</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with patients, insurance representatives, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in billing/accounting software or medical billing systems.</li></ul><p><br></p>
