Receptionist
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. This position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your customer service skills and administrative expertise. This is an open-ended contract with no set end date. Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department.</p><p>• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing correspondence.</p><p>• Operate a multi-line phone system, answering calls promptly and professionally.</p><p>• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of meetings.</p><p>• Perform data entry tasks to update and manage company databases.</p><p>• Respond to email inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner.</p><p>• Organize and maintain physical and digital files to ensure easy access.</p><p>• Provide general administrative support as needed to enhance office operations.</p>
• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service.<br>• Strong skills in data entry and email correspondence.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Ability to organize files efficiently and maintain accurate records.<br>• Excellent interpersonal skills and a detail-oriented approach.<br>• Capable of scheduling appointments and managing calendars effectively.<br>• Previous experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role is preferred.
