<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Senior Accountant</strong> with deep expertise in <strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations</strong> to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for managing complex accounting tasks, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring accurate reporting through efficient use of Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate is both a strong technical user of the platform and a seasoned accounting professional who can communicate D365 usage to the team.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal accounting policies.</li><li>Support year-end audits and coordinate with external auditors.</li><li>Oversee month-end and quarter-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.</li></ul><p><strong>Dynamics 365 Expertise</strong></p><ul><li>Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, etc.).</li><li>Develop and optimize workflows, financial reports, and integrations within D365.</li><li>Train accounting staff on best practices, new features, and process changes within D365.</li><li>Leverage D365 analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Financial Reporter, Power BI integrations) to improve decision-making.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
