Human Resources Administrator
We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Flowery Branch, Georgia. In this contract position, you will contribute to essential HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and accurate data management. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to expand your HR expertise within a collaborative environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Provide technical support for ticketing systems, including password resets and troubleshooting user issues.<br>• Generate, review, and distribute departmental headcount reports with precision and timeliness.<br>• Handle unemployment-related documentation and oversee employee termination processes using established guidelines.<br>• Update and maintain job descriptions by adhering to standardized templates and ensuring consistency.<br>• Utilize HR platforms, such as UltiPro or similar systems, to manage employee data and records.<br>• Manage spreadsheets, create reports, and communicate effectively using Microsoft Excel, Teams, and other Office Suite tools.<br>• Support compliance with HR policies and procedures through accurate documentation and record-keeping.<br>• Collaborate with team members to adapt and take on new HR responsibilities as organizational needs evolve.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources administration or a related field.<br>• Proficiency in HRIS platforms, such as UltiPro, and ticketing systems.<br>• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with the full Microsoft Office Suite.<br>• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.<br>• Excellent verbal and digital communication skills.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Experience in handling background checks and benefit functions.<br>• Adaptability to take on new challenges and responsibilities within the HR domain.
