We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Farmers Branch, Texas. In this Contract to possible long-term position, you will play a vital role in managing payroll operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in payroll systems and reporting, particularly in the manufacturing sector. Responsibilities: • Process weekly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Utilize UltiPro to manage payroll operations and generate necessary reports. • Prepare and submit Prevailing Wage (Certified Payroll) reports to meet compliance standards. • Collaborate with the team to handle payroll-related tasks for construction projects. • Ensure proper application of local payroll taxes across applicable regions. • Support multi-state payroll processing to align with varying regulations. • Assist with training sessions as needed to understand internal payroll systems. • Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a proactive manner. • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes.

• Proven experience with automated payroll systems, including UltiPro. • Familiarity with Certified Payroll reporting and compliance. • Strong understanding of payroll processes for construction-related industries. • Experience with multi-state payroll operations is a plus. • Knowledge of local payroll tax regulations. • Ability to manage payroll for medium-sized organizations (101-500 employees). • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and external parties.
