This contract position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in finance or accounting who is looking to make an immediate impact.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Review, verify, and process invoices and expense reports for accuracy and compliance</li><li>Prepare and execute payment runs (checks, ACH, and wires) in accordance with company policies</li><li>Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner</li><li>Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records</li><li>Assist with month-end closing, account reconciliations, and audit support</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
