HOME BUILDER LOOKING FOR A SR ACCOUNTANT <br>Looking for a Sr Accountant to work with Ivan. The company is currently in the process of building a 200 unit multi-family residential property. They are looking for a full cycle accountant. They would love someone that understands financing or comes from the construction / development industries. <br><br>Role Description<br>This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Accountant located in Miami, FL. The Sr Accountant will be responsible for managing financial statements, analyzing data, processing journal entries, handling finances, and overseeing fixed assets.<br><br>Qualifications<br>• Financial Statements, Journal Entries (Accounting), and Fixed Assets management skills<br>• Analytical Skills and Finance expertise<br>• Experience in financial planning and analysis<br>• Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations<br>• Strong attention to detail and accuracy<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br>• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field<br>• Certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus<br>• QuickBooks Online

Month End Close, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Account Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations
