Responsibilities: • Manage comprehensive accounting processes, including full-cycle accounting tasks. • Prepare and file corporate tax returns while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. • Oversee sales tax reporting and ensure timely submission of required documentation. • Record and reconcile journal entries to maintain accurate financial data. • Maintain the general ledger and ensure its accuracy and alignment with company policies. • Assist in implementing accounting systems and policies to streamline processes. • Collaborate with team members to support financial reporting and audits. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the growth of the accounting department. • Ensure adherence to all tax laws and financial regulations. • Provide timely and accurate financial insights to support decision-making.

• Proven experience in corporate tax preparation and filing. • Expertise in managing sales tax reporting processes. • Proficiency in recording journal entries and reconciling accounts. • Strong knowledge of general ledger management and maintenance. • Familiarity with corporate tax regulations and compliance standards. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
