We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Coppell, Texas. In this role, you will oversee full-cycle payroll processes for multi-state operations, ensuring accurate and timely payments for a workforce of over 500 employees. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth within the service industry. Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle payroll processes, including preparation, validation, and distribution of employee payments. • Handle multi-state payroll operations while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to process payroll efficiently and troubleshoot any system-related issues. • Maintain detailed payroll records and ensure accurate reporting for audits and financial reviews. • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries in a timely manner. • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and payment records. • Prepare and submit payroll tax filings, including quarterly and annual reports. • Support the implementation of payroll-related updates or system improvements as needed. • Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance. • Provide training and guidance to team members on payroll processes and tools.
