<ul><li>2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or office environment</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools</li><li>Positive attitude and team-oriented approach</li></ul>
