This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering long-term growth opportunities and potential for performance-based bonuses upon permanent placement. Responsibilities: • Contact customers to discuss outstanding payments and negotiate repayment plans. • Review account details to identify overdue balances and resolve discrepancies. • Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment activities. • Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with agreed payment schedules. • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and issues. • Utilize effective communication strategies to recover funds while maintaining positive customer relationships. • Provide regular updates and reports on collections progress to management. • Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to collections.

• Proven experience in consumer collections or a similar role. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. • Familiarity with relevant financial and collections software. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing collections processes.
