Responsibilities: • Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely collections. • Utilize accounting software systems, SAP, and CRM tools to track and manage collections. • Handle inbound calls and inquiries related to billing and claims administration. • Coordinate commercial collections, maintaining professionalism and efficiency. • Administer claims and resolve disputes to ensure smooth payment processing. • Execute billing functions with precision and attention to detail. • Follow established collection processes to recover outstanding payments. • Collaborate with team members and management to meet departmental goals. • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all collection activities. • Provide excellent customer service while addressing payment-related issues.

• Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or related fields. • Proficiency with accounting software systems, including SAP and CRM tools. • Strong knowledge of commercial collection processes and claim administration. • Ability to handle inbound calls and resolve billing inquiries effectively. • Familiarity with Accurint and ADP financial services systems. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong communication skills with a detail-oriented approach. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
