Tax Analyst Advanced (>6 years)
<p>We are looking for an experienced Tax Analyst to join our team in Boston, MA. This is a contract role that offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to critical tax-related processes while staying updated on industry developments. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of tax provisions, audits, and foreign tax regulations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Compile and process tax-related data received from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.</p><p>• Support the preparation of required documentation for tax filings and compliance.</p><p>• Assist in maintaining detailed records of earnings, foreign taxes paid, parent company stock basis, and audit proceedings.</p><p>• Collaborate in calculating and reviewing income tax provisions to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.</p><p>• Stay informed of current industry trends, technical updates, and business developments impacting tax processes.</p><p>• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on emerging tax issues to provide actionable insights.</p><p>• Contribute to resolving foreign country tax matters by evaluating regulations and coordinating with relevant authorities.</p><p>• Review and audit financial records to ensure proper tax accounting and reporting.</p><p>• Provide assistance in preparing profit and loss calculations tied to tax provisions</p>
<p>• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax provisions with Mutual Funds /ETFs.</p><p>• Strong proficiency in tax research, reviewing documentation, and auditing processes.</p><p>• Solid understanding of income tax provisions and foreign tax regulations.</p><p>• Ability to calculate and analyze profit and loss statements related to tax proceedings.</p><p>• Demonstrated expertise in maintaining records and preparing detailed tax reports.</p><p>• Familiarity with handling complex foreign country tax issues and compliance requirements.</p><p>• Excellent analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.</p><p>• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and external stakeholders.</p>
