Human Resources Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will focus on employee relations, compliance, and performance management, ensuring alignment with company policies and employment laws. This is a long-term contract position with an initial duration of nine months, with the potential for extension to twelve months. The position operates on a hybrid schedule, requiring three days onsite per week.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct thorough and confidential investigations into employee concerns, including harassment, discrimination, and policy violations.<br>• Provide expert guidance to leadership on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.<br>• Facilitate employee terminations, including drafting necessary documentation and leading related meetings.<br>• Manage the medical accommodation process, collaborating with HR and medical professionals to balance employee needs with business objectives.<br>• Partner with legal counsel and HR Business Partners to address complex employee relations issues and mitigate organizational risks.<br>• Develop and deliver employee relations training programs in collaboration with the Learning department.<br>• Resolve grievances and participate in union-related activities, such as arbitrations and collective bargaining.<br>• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of employee actions, investigations, and outcomes for compliance and reporting purposes.<br>• Lead or contribute to special HR projects, ensuring timely execution and effective results.<br>• Promote a culture of performance and engagement through coaching and performance improvement initiatives.
• Extensive experience in employee relations, including handling complex investigations and managing sensitive cases.<br>• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.<br>• Proven ability to work effectively in unionized environments, including resolving grievances and participating in arbitrations.<br>• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels.<br>• Experience managing medical accommodations and facilitating interactive processes.<br>• Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering HR training programs.<br>• Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate documentation for compliance purposes.<br>• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred to support a diverse workforce.
