HR Recruiter
<p>We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Sunrise, Florida. In this role, you will contribute to the recruitment efforts across various departments, including IT, sales, marketing, administration, and accounting. We are a fast-paced IT company. Hours are 8am - 5pm, this role is fully onsite. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.</p><p>• Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.</p><p>• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain organized records of candidate information and recruitment progress.</p><p>• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.</p><p>• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and reliable networks.</p><p>• Support the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.</p><p>• Work closely with the HR team to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.</p><p>• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.</p><p>• Coordinate scheduling and communication for candidate interviews.</p><p>• Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process.</p>
<p>• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.</p><p>• Proven ability to recruit for both technical and non-technical roles.</p><p>• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.</p><p>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and engaging with candidates.</p><p>• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations.</p><p>• Experience in corporate recruiting and sourcing strategies.</p><p>• Business casual attire required Monday through Friday, with casual Fridays allowing jeans and sneakers.</p>
