We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Sunrise, Florida. In this role, you will contribute to the recruitment efforts across various departments, including IT, sales, marketing, administration, and accounting. We are a fast-paced IT company. Hours are 8am - 5pm, this role is fully onsite. Responsibilities:• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.• Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain organized records of candidate information and recruitment progress.• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications to ensure alignment with job requirements.• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and reliable networks.• Support the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.• Work closely with the HR team to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress.• Coordinate scheduling and communication for candidate interviews.• Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the hiring process.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.• Proven ability to recruit for both technical and non-technical roles.• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for conducting interviews and engaging with candidates.• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations.• Experience in corporate recruiting and sourcing strategies.• Business casual attire required Monday through Friday, with casual Fridays allowing jeans and sneakers.
