Office Manager
<p>A local health and wellness organization is seeking a sharp and professional Office Manager to join their team! The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, facility coordination, and officewide systems that ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient functioning of the organization's headquarters and future shared-service operations for the holding company. This role manages administrative workflows, staff scheduling support, inventory control, facilities and asset oversight, vendor management, and cross-departmental coordination. The Office Manager serves as the primary administrative anchor of the organization, ensuring a professional, organized, and welcoming environment for staff, clients, partners, and visitors.</p><p><br></p><p>The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable balancing administrative execution with operational oversight. They must be able to anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively across departments. Bilingual Spanish is a plus!</p>
• Proven experience in administrative office management or a similar role.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.<br>• Proficiency in handling accounts payable and related financial tasks.<br>• Familiarity with inventory control and office supply management.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.<br>• Ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and vendors.<br>• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.<br>• Comfortable working independently while coordinating with multiple departments.
