We are looking for an experienced and skilled Attorney with a strong background in litigation across civil, corporate, and real estate matters. This role involves handling cases in both State and Federal courts, drafting complex legal documents, and staying updated on procedural rules and legal developments. The position offers opportunities for autonomy, growth, and collaboration within a dynamic legal environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Represent clients in litigation cases across civil, corporate, and real estate domains in State and Federal courts.<br>• Draft and review sophisticated legal pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs.<br>• Conduct thorough legal research to support cases and ensure high-quality representation.<br>• Manage discovery processes, including document review and deposition preparation.<br>• Stay informed on current legal developments and changes to procedural rules.<br>• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to strategize and achieve favorable outcomes.<br>• Ensure compliance with courthouse practices and legal standards.<br>• Handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency.<br>• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on complex issues.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation attorney.<br>• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.<br>• Strong expertise in civil litigation and familiarity with corporate and real estate matters.<br>• Proficiency in drafting motions, pleadings, and appellate briefs.<br>• Comprehensive knowledge of State and Federal Rules of Procedure.<br>• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.<br>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and collaboration.
