This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual eager to make a meaningful impact in the field of real estate law.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Handle a variety of commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on acquisitions and dispositions, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements.</p><p>• Manage the full transaction lifecycle, from initial negotiations to closing, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.</p><p>• Perform comprehensive title examinations and survey reviews to identify potential risks or issues and provide actionable advice to clients.</p><p>• Conduct detailed due diligence investigations to ensure compliance with legal standards and uncover potential liabilities.</p><p>• Collaborate with clients to provide strategic legal guidance and support throughout the transaction process.</p><p>• Draft and revise complex legal documents related to real estate transactions to protect clients' interests.</p><p>• Negotiate terms and agreements with opposing parties to achieve favorable outcomes.</p><p>• Monitor and stay updated on relevant real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions.</p><p>• Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including brokers, lenders, and other professionals involved in real estate deals.</p>

<p>• At least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate law.</p><p>• Proven expertise in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and related legal agreements.</p><p>• Strong knowledge and experience in conducting title searches and survey analyses.</p><p>• Demonstrated ability to perform detailed due diligence investigations.</p><p>• Exceptional skills in drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements.</p><p>• Familiarity with current real estate laws and regulations.</p><p>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively advise and collaborate with clients.</p><p>• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Qualified candidates should directly apply and connect with Amy Hyman Baum on LinkedIn.
