We are looking for a skilled Commercial Real Estate Finance Attorney to join our team remotely. This role involves working on sophisticated real estate finance transactions, including affordable housing projects and large-scale commercial developments. If you have a passion for representing institutional lenders and navigating complex financial structures, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful deals.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Represent institutional lenders and capital providers in commercial real estate finance transactions, ensuring their interests are well-protected.<br>• Draft and negotiate a variety of loan agreements, such as construction loans, bridge loans, term loans, syndicated credit facilities, and secured or unsecured lines of credit.<br>• Conduct detailed reviews and analyses of title commitments, surveys, organizational documents, and other due diligence materials.<br>• Manage the real estate due diligence process, ensuring thoroughness and compliance with all legal requirements.<br>• Advise clients on bond financing and affordable housing projects, including transactions involving Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.<br>• Collaborate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties to facilitate smooth transaction closings.<br>• Provide strategic guidance on complex financial structures and real estate financing matters.<br>• Ensure timely and accurate handling of all aspects of loan documentation and transaction execution.

<p>• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.</p><p>• Active membership in the state bar where you are practicing.</p><p>• At least 4 years of experience specializing in commercial real estate finance law, particularly on the lending side.</p><p>• Proven success in drafting loan documents and managing comprehensive real estate due diligence processes.</p><p>• Familiarity with bond financing, tax credit structures, and affordable housing development financing is highly desirable.</p><p>• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.</p><p>• Ability to handle multiple complex transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of real estate financing concepts and related legal frameworks.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Qualified candidates should directly apply and connect with Amy Hyman Baum on LinkedIn.
