Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is ideal for someone who excels in managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining organized office operations. You will play a key role in supporting daily functions and ensuring smooth workflows.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond promptly to incoming calls, providing accurate information and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.<br>• Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate records and documentation.<br>• Handle receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operations.<br>• Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.<br>• Archive records and documents systematically for long-term storage.<br>• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues efficiently.<br>• Assist with general office tasks to support overall operational efficiency.<br>• Coordinate schedules and appointments as needed to facilitate smooth workflows.<br>• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documentation.
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.<br>• Strong ability to manage inbound calls and provide courteous and detail-oriented responses.<br>• Proficiency in data entry and maintaining detailed records.<br>• Familiarity with receptionist duties and front desk operations.<br>• Knowledge of filing systems and archiving practices.<br>• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on solving problems effectively.<br>• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.<br>• Proficient in using office software and tools for administrative tasks.
