Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and transition into a long-term role. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, manage data entry tasks, and assist various departments as needed.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Perform administrative tasks, including answering inbound calls and managing receptionist duties.<br>• Accurately input data into QuickBooks while ensuring compliance with company standards.<br>• Collaborate with multiple departments to provide support and ensure smooth operations.<br>• Maintain organized records and documentation for easy access and reference.<br>• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering courteous and attentive service.<br>• Assist with general office coordination to maintain a productive work environment.<br>• Prioritize and manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines effectively.<br>• Support construction-related administrative processes if applicable.
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.<br>• Proficiency in QuickBooks for data entry tasks (no accounting knowledge required).<br>• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.<br>• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.<br>• Familiarity with receptionist duties and managing inbound calls.<br>• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with various teams.<br>• Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not mandatory.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
