<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>We are seeking a skilled IT Professional to support and enhance our client’s Microsoft‑centric enterprise environment. This role focuses on maintaining core infrastructure, improving system reliability, and delivering high‑quality support to internal users.</p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>In this position, you will:</p><ul><li><strong>Support Microsoft enterprise technologies</strong>, including Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange, and related platforms.</li><li><strong>Manage and troubleshoot system issues</strong> across desktop, server, and cloud environments.</li><li><strong>Assist with authentication and identity management</strong>, including ADFS, Azure AD, SAML, and cloud-based SSO.</li><li><strong>Participate in migrations and deployments</strong>, especially Microsoft 365 mailbox migrations and Windows desktop rollouts.</li><li><strong>Contribute to infrastructure configuration</strong>, including Group Policy updates, scripting tasks, and basic DNS/DHCP support.</li><li><strong>Collaborate with third‑party vendors</strong> to resolve escalated technical issues.</li><li><strong>Maintain accurate documentation</strong> for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.</li><li><strong>Support cross‑functional initiatives</strong> that enhance system performance, improve workflows, and elevate the overall user experience.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Necessary Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><p>• 2+ years of IT experience.</p><p>• Proven expertise in Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Windows operating systems, desktop deployment, VPN, RDP, and Microsoft Teams.</p><p>• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in a Microsoft enterprise environment including:</p><p>o Understanding of Windows Client and Windows Server in production environments.</p><p>o Configuration of Windows Infrastructure via Group Policy and/or scripts.</p><p>o Basic understanding of the TCP/IP Stack and common services such as DNS and DHCP.</p><p>• 2+ years of experience with Office/Microsoft 365 with at least one year of experience migrating mailboxes.</p><p>• 1+ years experience Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) or Azure Active Directory and understanding of SAML 2.0 and cloud SSO providers</p><p>• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure management and supporting SharePoint environments would be a plus.</p><p>• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.</p><p>• Experience in coordinating with third-party technical support vendors.</p><p>• Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation.</p><p>• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Windows Server, Office 365, Azure) are highly desirable.</p><p>• Solid understanding of IT service management and ITIL best practices is a plus.</p><p>• Track record of continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.</p><p>________________________________________</p><p><strong>Desired Skills and Attributes:</strong></p><p>• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.</p><p>• Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive and solution-oriented approach to addressing challenges and improving processes.</p><p>• Adaptability and Flexibility: Capable of handling shifting priorities and working in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Customer-Focused Attitude: Dedicated to providing excellent service to internal users and ensuring their IT needs are met.</p>
